Strawberries for Breakfast

Ingredients

Strawberries | 1 Punnet Coconut Blossom Sugar | ¼ cup Butter | 100 grams Cinnamon | 1 stick Yoghurt |1 Cup Chia Seeds | ¼ Cup Walnuts |1/2 Cup Maple Syrup | ¼ cup

Directions

Top the strawberries and slice in half. Melt the butter and coconut blossom sugar in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick until melted and syrupy. Place the strawberries in the caramel and toss gently. Gently place on top of the best yoghurt you can get your hands on and sprinkle with Chia seeds and drizzle maple syrup over this. Add you walnuts and tuck in!

Special Diet Information Gluten free. Diabetic appropriate friendly. The coconut blossom sugar doesn't affect blood sugar levels.
